Plan, plan, plan
Based on your vision, we will pair you with an architect to design your dream home.
Scrutinize the details
After architecture, we will give you an estimate based off your plans. Once all the numbers are finalized and the contract is signed, we break ground!
Build to Perfection
When we break ground, we will have a kick-off meeting to connect with your building team and discuss your home. Next, you’ll have a selections meeting with our design team to select all of your finishes. While all of this is happening in office, your builder will be hard at work in the field working on the foundation, framing, mechanical rough-ins, masonry/stucco, rough interior and exterior, finishes, and then finally move-in!
